All bids submitted on Bidding Motors represent legally binding contracts to purchase the listed vehicle at the bid amount if you are designated the winning bidder:

• Bids cannot be canceled, retracted, or modified once confirmed.
• If a bid is placed within the final 2 minutes of an auction, the clock extends by 2 minutes to prevent sniping.
• Winning bidders must complete payment and vehicle collection within 5 business days of auction close.

To maintain marketplace integrity, all active bidders must have a verified payment method on file:

• A temporary hold of 5% of your maximum bid (or minimum $500) may be placed on your payment card during active auctions.
• If you do not win the auction, the temporary hold is automatically released within 24 hours.
• The winning bidder pays a standard 5% buyer fee (minimum $250, capped at $5,000) upon successful auction completion.

Sellers must provide accurate disclosures, high-resolution photos, valid VIN documentation, and transparent descriptions of vehicle condition. Failure to disclose major defects or title issues will result in auction cancellation and forfeiture of seller privileges.

Bidding Motors partners with KeySavvy for secure transactions. Funds are held via KeySavvy until the buyer inspects and approves the vehicle title transfer, ensuring absolute security for both parties.

Any disputes regarding vehicle condition, title status, or shipping delays must be submitted to our Resolution Center within 48 hours of vehicle delivery.
